Shukla: - What is the guarantee that all the FIR lodged online are true?

Arindam: - When a person will lodge a FIR online, the representative of the BPO /Customer Care center of our Police Department will contact that person to confirm the case. Always remember that phone/mobile no., email id, UID, name, PS name, Incident Location, and other fields will be mandatory fields. Without filling those fields, the ‘SUBMIT’ button will not work at all. It will show client-side validation error messages. Once that person submits the FIR online, we will just generate a unique FIR number and that will be mailed to his email id as well as he will receive a SMS in his mobile phone.
