LOVE AT SUICIDE POINT

Sain Director: - Lights, Action, Camera. Take No. 420.

Arindam: - Hello viewers. Today, we are standing on a rock cliff, which is around 4567 feet above sea-level. Here, the sceneries all around are just superb.

Sain Director: - Cut, cut, cut. Uff, Arindam, what the hell are you doing, man? We are not promoting this place as a tourist spot, but, we want to promote that this suicide spot is a dangerous spot for all tourists.

Arindam: - This is such a lovely place! On the right side, you can view the Dolphin’s Nose. If you look down from here, you can see the lovely views of the dense forests with two fabulous waterfalls. On the left side, you can see hilly ranges and the rainbows. Wow, why the hell you need to jump down from this rock cliff to go to paradise, when you are already standing on a paradise of earth.

Sain Director: - Will you please stop giving those philosophical lectures? You are a professional anchor of our Royal Bengal Tiger (RBT) TV Channel. So, behave like a professional and concentrate on your job.

Arindam: - Yeah, of course, why not? Arrey, just look there! The old man and the old woman are performing pujas in that small Kali temple on this rocky cliff. They are even exchanging their Genda Phool Garlands with each other. Oh! My goodness, their name should feature in the Guinness Book of World Records. At this old age also, they are getting married like ‘Veer-Zaara’. Just wait, let me interview them. If you want, you can also shoot the interview with your camera.

**********************

Himesh: - My age is 58 years and her age is 49 years. Today is our 25th marriage anniversary. 25 years ago, we met each other in this place and fell in love.

Arindam: - That’s great. Can you just tell that story in front of our TV Camera?

Urmila: - 25 years back, I was just about to jump from this rock cliff, when someone shouted at me.

********************

Himesh: - Hey, you, just hang on. Don’t jump.

Urmila: - Who the hell are you to shout at me? What are you doing here?

Himesh: - I have also come here to commit suicide. Don’t worry about me. A culprit like me deserves to die, but, you are such a sweet and beautiful girl. Why you want to kill yourself? I have seen your photo somewhere? Oh! Yes, I remember. Last month only, you were raped by three anti-socials. Your photo was published in all the daily newspapers. But, those culprits have been arrested. For that reason, why you want to die? It was not your fault.

Urmila: - Only you understand it. I am having love affair with Rahul since my college days. We were just about to get married, when my rape case happened. Now, Rahul’s parents don’t want him to marry me. Rahul is also not loving me that much as he used to. My parents are also saying that for me, they have lost their family prestige in the society. Everyone whispers at my back and says, ‘Yes, yes, this is the girl, who has been brutally raped, kya mast maal hain yaar, tabhi toh iski rape hui hain’. So, it is better to die, rather than living like that. Anyway, you tell me your story.

Himesh: - I work in a PSU Bank. I got married to a sweet girl, Meera. Somehow, my salary was not enough to run our family. We had two children also. She looked for a job and got it. In her office, she had many male friends. Somehow, my mom poisoned my ears about her. I started to doubt her faithfulness towards me. One day, I abused her in very bad manner, as a drunkard. Next day, she killed my widow mom, our children and herself by mixing rat poison in the food. Now, in the society, everyone whispers at my back, ‘This man is responsible for killing all his family members and he is still alive’. So, I must die. But, after seeing you, I am dreaming about a fresh life. Please don’t commit suicide. I am ready to marry you, despite knowing your past.

Urmila: - I accept your proposal. God has sent you as my savior in this suicide point.

**********************

Arindam: - Oops…after crossing the tunnel, there has to be the sunlight, if you are travelling at daytime. That’s why; people fall in “LOVE AT SUICIDE POINT” also. See the fun.

THE BILLOO AND THE BILL

Bill: - I am not feeling happy nowadays. I am feeling as if I have reached that point of life, where I have nothing to achieve. If I possess everything, then why am I not mentally satisfied? Something pinches within my heart, that I am missing that real sweetness of life.

Melinda: - You are growing older, dear. That’s why, you are thinking about your life in a very absurd way.

Bill: - No, I am not. Rather, I am exploring about the other aspects of life, where for the first time, I am not willing to take part in the rat race.

Melinda: - If you keep on talking like a mad person, then maybe, I will also go mad like you. Take my suggestion. Please consult with Dr. Arindam, the No.1 psychiatrist of California.

*******************

Dr. Arindam: - Sometimes these things happen in everybody’s life. There is nothing to worry about it. When you are working as a professional for years after years and gaining reputations, you feel like the King of your destiny. But after getting repeated successes, you start to feel within yourself that there is no challenge for you, there are no further avenues to explore. The life is so big, that if you keep on running after it for 100 years also, it is not enough to know every aspects of it.

Bill: - One of my friends, whose name is Bob, also faced a similar kind of problem. He resigned from all the respective posts in this company and went to India to join as a devotee of a Hindu Ashram. He now walks bare-footed and sings the hymns. Do I need to do the same to feel myself as a human being at this stage of my life?

Dr. Arindam: - Don’t follow the footsteps of your friend. I suggest you to go for a world tour for some days, especially, if you can visit India, then nothing can be better than that. If you get a chance, then go and meet Billoo Nagababa once. My friend, Suresh became his disciple and maybe, he has also become a great nagababa. I will be waiting to hear the conversation between “THE BILLOO AND THE BILL”, once you come back to USA after the India tour.

******************

Billoo: - You have come a long way from USA to a remote place of North India, to know the meaning of life. Ha ha ha…how funny? The biggest problem in your USA is that they never had any civilization at all.

Bill: - What role has civilization to play in defining the life of a human being?

Billoo: - You are wearing clothes, which will be at least worth 5000 bucks. You are one of the richest people of the world. But, are you really rich from inside? Look at me. I am completely nude. My hairs are like the trunks of an oak tree. I have beards too. There are lots of vermillion and holy strings in my body. Now, you should ask a question that despite being a nude person, I am happy, but you are not, though you are wearing rich clothes.

Bill: - Ok, if you want me to become nude like you, then I can bare all my clothes. If by being nude, I can become happy, then surely, I will do that.

Billoo: - I am not emphasizing on nudity, but on the spirituality of your soul. If your soul believes in the mantra of ‘Live and let live’, then it will never exhaust itself in the rat race to gain all materialistic comforts and reputations. Come with me. I will take to you to a nearby tribal village.

*******************

Bill: - Wow, these people have created your statue in this village?

Billoo: - I was a son of a reputed businessman of Jaunpur. Everything was there in our family, except love and respect. Only my mom used to behave like a human being. After her death, I left that house. I always hated my Hitler-type father, who knew nothing else than business. I came to this village and gave away all my valuable belongings to the villagers and joined the association of Naga Sadhus. People in this area regard me, just next to God and this village is my paradise only. Humans’ soul need to behave like humans only, otherwise, the human body has no value at all. Similarly, a society which has no civilization, is like a body with a robotic soul, that’s why, you people always come to India to learn the meaning of life.

WHY BJP HAS NO EXISTENCE IN WEST BENGAL

Sayak: - Whether it is CPI (M) or Trinamool Congress, both are the same side of a coin. Both Mamata Banerjee and Buddhadev Bhattacharya are unpredictable. What to say about the Congress Party in Bengal? They are the Muslim party of West Bengal. You will find the presence of Congress party in those states of West Bengal, where the Bangladeshi Muslims are infiltrating every year and are engaged in terrorism or other anti-social activities. There is no alternative party to vote for in West Bengal. That is why, CPI (M) is ruling in this state for 30 years.

Biswajit: - No, only one party can act as a savior of Bengal and that is none other than the BJP Party.

Latika: - BJP don’t have any strong leader in West Bengal. After Rahul Sinha, there is hardly any top notch leader. Tapan Sikdar was rocking in the Dumdum seat at one time. There were some whispers also that he was able to beat Amitava Nandi, because Subhash Chakraborty had some good rapport with Tapan Sikdar. Anyway, during the rule of respected Atal Behari Vajpayee, BJP was improving a lot in West Bengal.

Arindam: - When our Vajpayee ji was in power, Mamata Banerjee was given the Railway Ministry. If she stayed in that railway ministry, then at that time only, the coalition of Trinamool and BJP would have thrashed CPI (M) in West Bengal. She resigned from Railway ministry, but continued the alliance with BJP. It had a negative impact on BJP of Bengal. All the BJP supporters and workers started hating Mamata Banerjee for playing foul politics with BJP and that too by giving up the opportunity to improve the railway networks of Bengal. At present, whatever she is trying to do as a railway minister is just an eye-wash and nothing else. More than 69% of her promises are false and many of them do not have any financial viability.

Jugraj: - Hmm…maybe in the civic election of 2010 and in the assembly election of 2011, there will be a hotchpotch situation, where no one will clearly get any majority. If that really happens, then the biggest trump card will be the BJP. One thing I don’t understand that RSS has a very strong base ground in West Bengal, but BJP does not get that much support. Why?

Biswajit: - RSS is a social organization and it has a strong link-up with Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Vivekananda Mission as well as other Hindu Seva Prathistans. Therefore, Hindus of Bengal always love and respect a social organization like RSS, which follows the ideology of Swami Vivekananda, Netaji Subhashchandra Bose, Dr. Shyamaprasad Mukherjee, Bal Gangadhar Tilak and many other Swadeshi patriots. The main motive of RSS is to preach the spirit of Swadeshi within the young generation of India. On the other hand, BJP believes in Hindutva.

Sayak: - It sound very confusing. BJP evolved as a political party from RSS only. Hindutva is very much the core ideology of RSS only.

Arindam: - You are right. But, you have missed one vital point. BJP gave a political shape to the ideology of Hindutva. We could not have taken the sweet revenge on Babur by demolishing Babri Masjid, if there would have been no political evolution of RSS in the form of BJP Party. But, the concept of ‘Hindutva’ has nothing to do with communalism. People of Bengal regard BJP as a communal party, which is entirely a wrong perception. If any party can strongly tackle the Bangladeshi Muslim terrorists, then it is BJP only.

Latika: - Boss, I am strictly a ‘Bangaal’, that is, our ancestors were in East Bengal, who was literally kicked out by those bloody Bangladeshi Muslims. I hate Bangladeshi Muslims just like anything. People like me also want BJP to come into power in Bengal. But, can it ever happen? “WHY BJP HAS NO EXISTENCE IN WEST BENGAL?”

Sayak: - Bengali society is the most liberal and rational Hindu society of India, where caste system gets no importance. Bengalis are the smartest and intelligent people of the world and also the laziest of all. The Raja Rammohan Roy taught about atheism by forming ‘Brahmo Samaj’. Michael Madhusudan Dutta regarded RAVAANA as the real Kshatriya, but not the RAMA in his ‘MEGHNATHBADHKABYA’, because BALI and INDRAJIT were killed in a non-kshatriya fashion. Therefore, in the land of Goddess Kali and Durga, hardly 28% people believe in ‘Bhagwan RAMA’. So, in Bengal, there is no support for BJP.

CONSTRUCTIVE COMMUNISM

Bikram: - The Congress Party has failed to control the price of foods as well as of other necessary commodities. Pranab Mukherjee is turning out to be a bad finance minister. Also, the performance of NCP leader Mr. Sharad Yadav is a big question mark. Why BJP, Trinamool Congress and Left Parties are not protesting against the price rise?

Dilip: - The Left Parties have always protested against the price rise and is still doing that. Mamata Banerjee has become a puppet in the hands of Congress just like Mayawati. Still today, in Kolkata, you can eat a full Bengali meal in 20 bucks only, which contains Plain Rice, two curries, one bowl of dal, and one fish curry. Go to other states, you have to spend at least 40 bucks to eat a full meal and that too only vegetarian. CPI (M) has ruled in West Bengal for more than 30 years, that is why, inflation in West Bengal is very much in control.

Bikram: - I don’t agree to you. Gone are those days, when CPI (M) used to maintain a strict discipline among their party cadres and used to protest against capitalism. At present, the CPI (M) cadres have become so corrupted that they don’t even understand the definition of communism. What is happening in Rajarhat, Dumdum, Barackpore, Garia and other major parts of Kolkata? Can’t you realize that? CPI (M) party leaders are selling their ideology of communism in the hands of those Marwari, Bihari and North Indian promoters? They are building skyscrapers, shopping malls, multiplexes and other big business units, where the prices are rising like anything. Today, a simple cotton shirt in a shopping mall costs at least 899 bucks. If you want to watch a film, you need to spend at least 150 bucks. I can understand that some people can still afford to spend that much money, but, when those 15% of the people of the society are spending too much money than it is feasible for their entertainment, it is indirectly increasing the inflation to rise like anything.

Arindam: - You are just giving lectures on communism like the Maoists do in the jungles. BJP does not believe in fake lectures. If you people are so much knowledgeable about the inflation and its bad effects, then why you people have never stopped the proceedings in a fruitful manner. Amend a law in West Bengal that no industrialists can sell their product beyond a certain price; instead of doing that, you people have totally ignored industrialization in Bengal. CPI (M) was acting like the Kalidasa, who was cutting the same trunk on which he was sitting. Going against the industrialization is totally a foolish act. That is a destructive communism. Communists of new era should support industrialization in such a manner that it brings inclusive growth as well as it controls the inflation. Economists are of the opinion that if there is no inflation, the economy of a country does not prosper. But, the concept of Grameen Bank has proved it wrong. The main mantra should be to drive the car at such a speed that it utilizes the maximum mileage of the car. Now, I want to ask a simple question to all the communists of Bengal. Is Sector-V of SaltLake City a SEZ?

Dilip:- Yeah, it is a kind of SEZ only.

Arindam: - the region where a common man needs to pay double the money for everything, than he needs to spend in any other parts of the city, then that region cannot be termed as SEZ. Then, the concept of Special Economic Zone has no value. If a restaurant owner charges 60 bucks for Bengali meal in Sector-V, an employee of IT sector will not hesitate to pay it, because he earns 35,000 bucks a month. But, a person of middle class family or a labor, who earns only 80 bucks a day, will just break all the furniture and glasses of that restaurant because he has to live by having a single meal only in a day. Mamata Banerjee will shout that CPI (M) hooligans have attacked the restaurant owner, who is a Trinamool worker. Sonia Gandhi will request for money from the World Bank as more than 74% of Bengal people are having single meal per day. Had the CPI (M) party leaders and cadres followed the theory of “CONSTRUCTIVE COMMUNISM” in these 30 years, then maybe, West Bengal would have been the No.1 state of India.
